New Term at the Yoga Room

It is hard to believe that we have now been married for a month; the weeks have flown in.

Further to to the wedding I felt at a loose end. It was amazing how much of my life was consumed with wedding plans and prep. After the emotion and excitement of the day, I felt decidedly flat and a little sad that is was over.

Not surprisingly, my days have filled up. My focus has now switched from the wedding to planning for my next retreat in the Trossachs in November and March. I am also thinking of running a week long retreat in Turkey in April 2011; watch this space for further information.

I am also gearing up to do another pregnancy Yoga Teacher training in London in February, so I have lots to do and to think about!

I am also keeping my focus on the present moment and I am very excited to be launching my winter term next week. Classes are busy and some are full, so please book soon if you want to come along.

See you on the mat!

  1. I believe your right on point. We need to promote more physical activities to our youth. One other reason we need to be a healthier people is the cost of health care. One of the reasons our health care is going out of control is due to the poor shape we are in. As we continue to neglect our bodies we contribuite to the rising cost of insurance and health care due to ailments caused by being out of shape.
