I have been struck down with the winter lurgey and have spent the past week feeling very sorry for myself! I hate to be inactive and have missed my regular yoga practice terribly. I am now fully rested and was ready to get back to the mat. Sadly, on starting practice I soon realised that I still can't breath through one nostril which made for a difficult practice - particularly doing inversions and downward dog. I spent half an hour doing Neti instead and can momentarily breath again.
Ah, it is the small things in life that can give us the greatest pleasure.
